Safety Tips & Information

To ensure you get the maximum results from your wax melts whilst maintaining safety at all times please follow these simple instructions.

Wax Melts

The number one rule is to never leave a wax burner that has a lit tealight unattended.

Wax Melts should only be used in appropriate wax melt burners. Break off a cube or two (depending on your burner size), add 1 (4 hour unscented) tea light underneath, light the wick. Never use more than 1 tealight at a time as this may cause your wax burner to overheat and possibly explode. Do not use scented tealights as they contain fragrance oils which burn at a higher temperature and can cause your wax burner to get too hot. Keep using new tealights until you can no longer smell the scent. Please ensure you don't overfill your burner as if your wax overflows and drips onto the tealight flame it could be a fire risk. One or two cubes is enough.

The intensity of fragrance will depend on your room size, temperature of the room and amount of wax used. For best results, always close the windows in the room you are burning the wax.
